Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 77lucy Platform. The Company employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, and any balances — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited in their entirety without recourse.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 30x applied to a Rp 100.000 bonus means you must place a cumulative total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before any portion of that bonus converts to withdrawable Balance.

The Company actively monitors wagering patterns for signs of bonus abuse. Detection of any such behavior will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance if the applicable Wagering Requirement has not been satisfied by that date. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account without replacement.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, Indonesian national bank system outages, or force majeure events affecting payment processors.
You may request to close your 77lucy account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated payment method within five (5) business days, subject to standard KYC verification.
